New double doors and foyer will be added to the main hallway leading into the technical conference room.
Bathrooms will be completely remodeled, and stalls built to meet current ADA requirements. One stall removed in each bathroom to allow for more space.
Walls will be built floor to ceiling and proper ventilation routed to meet local codes and OSHA requirements in various locations throughout the facility.
Boat Shed w/washing station will be built behind existing boat sheds and designed to match closely to current setup. A wash bay will be installed at the end of the boat shed and the entire grass area in the front of the boat shed will be cemented in. All State/City codes must be followed.
