About this file

This solicitation requests quotes for a food delivery service contract for the Crow Service Unit Hospital. The Indian Health Service seeks to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for a base year starting August 1, 2023 with four optional one-year periods.

The selected contractor must provide a five-week cycle menu and nutrient evaluations, fulfill special diet orders, and maintain sufficient inventory levels to minimize substitutions. The contractor is also responsible for software systems for ordering and menu development supporting modified diets. Key requirements include a product catalog, ordering and invoicing system, training support, and ensuring adequate shelf life for delivered products.

Quotes will be evaluated on technical approach, past performance, and price reasonableness. Award may be made to other than the lowest price if a higher-rated quote indicates reduced performance risk. The solicitation closes on the response date listed in the document.
