The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for law enforcement services, located in Jackson County, Oregon, within the vicinity of the Medford district area of responsibility as a sole source to the County of Jackson as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is the only responsible source with jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the State of Oregon and Jackson County on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The performance period is from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028. The NAICS code is 561612. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by July 3, 2023 in order to be considered. Email responses to kkkaralus@blm.gov, with the subject line entitled “140L4318Q0054 – Jackson County Law Enforcement Services.”
