Solicitation Number: 140L0622Q0035 Project Identification: Overflow Fences, New Mexico Point of Contact: Andrea Harter, Contracting Officer, aharter@blm.gov Project Location: Chaves County, New Mexico Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Estimated Period of Performance: 45 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238990 / All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Produce Service Code: Y1PZ – Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M Solicitation Set-Aside: Total Small Business – Only companies that qualify as a small business under the applicable size standard will be considered.

Solicitation Issuance Date: The BLM anticipates issuing a subsequent request for quote (RFQ) on or about June 30, 2022 Proposal Submission Deadline: Exact date unknown at this time / 30-days after the issuance of the RFQ.

Registration Requirements: Perspective offerors must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and an active System for Award Management (SAM) profile to included completed representations and certifications.

Project Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove approximately 6 miles of fence, and construct approximately

5.4 miles of four-strand barbed wire fence.
