PROJECT TITLE: 140P1121R0003 - National Park Service service-wide five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide Museum Interpretive Exhibit Planning and Design.

GENERAL: The National Park Service (NPS), Department of the Interior (DOI), anticipates issuing a solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order IDIQ contracts. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation; accordingly, no response is due at this time. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around April 15, 2021, subject to change pending internal reviews. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at: https://beta.sam.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available.

PROJECT SCOPE: Provide parks with assistance in rehabilitating or replacing old and outdated exhibits or in producing new displays for parks. The contractor shall provide all services including labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel (except as otherwise specified in the solicitation) necessary to provide the NPS with museum interpretive exhibit planning and design. This contract responds to a need for planning and design of all types of exhibits ranging from small temporary displays to major museum exhibitions.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Service-wide throughout the National Park Service SET-ASIDE: This acquisition has been set-aside for Total Small Business Concerns. Offers will be solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRICAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) AND SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 541410 – Interior Design Services; the small business size standard is $8,000,000.00.

PRODUCT SERVICE CODE (PSC): R499 – Support – Professional: Other PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract performance period will be five years from contract award.

SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in SAM, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) at the time of award; and Online Representations and Certifications at the SAM Website.
