Renewal of annual licenses for the HALO digital pathology platform

2. Background Information and Objective:

NCATS hosts an enterprise-wide installation of the HALO digital pathology platform for use by NCATS and NCI researchers for both individual and collaborative projects. NCI initiated a project to consolidate individual stand-alone HALO licenses into an enterprise-wide umbrella license, with the HALO platform hosted by NCATS under contract no. 75N95021P00693, and made available to multiple users of the NCATS Secure Scientific Platforms Environment (the “Environment”), an NCATS-hosted platform for collaboration across NIH institutes and centers, other Government agencies, and external collaborators.
