About this file
This document contains a schedule of services attachment and independent government cost estimate for a drinking water sample analytical services contract solicitation for the U.S. Army Public Health Center. The schedule of services lists 83 analytical test methods to be priced, including tests for regulated contaminants, unregulated contaminants, metals, anions, coliforms, E. coli, and more. Pricing is required for minimum and maximum projected sample quantities for each test method for the base year and four option years. The independent government cost estimate provides estimated contract totals for each period. Questions are due by March 22, 2021 and proposals are due by March 31, 2021 and must be submitted electronically to the provided email address. The selected contractor will provide analytical testing of water samples to support the Army Public Health Center's drinking water program.
