U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. These park areas offer a wide variety of recreation facilities including boat launching ramps, campgrounds, picnic areas, a swimming beach, and an information center. When the defects in services cannot be corrected by re-performance, the government may (1) require the contractor to take necessary action to ensure that future performance conforms to contract requirements and (2) reduce the contract price to reflect the reduced value of the services performed. Payment will not be made for work not performed or not performed to standard.
