About this file
This document outlines banned technologies for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board and provides details on a solicitation for outside legal advisory services. The FRTIB prohibits file sharing technologies, tools intended to reduce security effectiveness, technologies with no legitimate purpose, and those that could compromise controls or conduct unauthorized monitoring. The solicitation seeks multiple-award IDIQ contracts for specialized legal issues the FRTIB Office of General Counsel cannot resolve internally. Task orders will be issued on a labor-hour basis to support the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board.
