This requirement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement only and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, contractors who want to challenge this sole source must submit an interest letter, as well as a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to perform this work.
The information must demonstrate your organizations' ability to provide the product(s) and service(s) as described within this notice, as well as the associated Justification. All interested organizations must respond to this Special Notice by February 1, 2025, 12:00 P.M., Mountain Time, email directly to the Contracting Officer listed above.
Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Wyoming Army National Guard shall not reimburse for any cost(s) connected with providing the capability information.
Description: The Wyoming Army National Guard, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) with Military Recruiting Experts for the below:
Five on site training days for all levels of the Recruiting Command at in state locations selected by the Leaders. (RRNCOs, RRSCs, CO, and BN Staffs)
Unlimited seats/attendees for 14 seminars held by MRE.
12 one-hour virtual sessions for under performing
RNCOs,RRSCs/NCOICs, or CMD Team.
The requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 611430, with a size standard of $15M.
