Any areas in the contract that are too wet during the time of the mowing to use a mower will require other means to meet the height requirements specified for the grass. Tractors/mowers shall be operated in such a manner as to protect against the sod/grass being torn by the wheels on turns and on the slope. In the event sod/grass is damaged, the Contractor shall re-dress and seed the damaged areas with KY-31 fescue seed at the rate of 100 pounds per acres or Contracting Officer Representative’s (COR) approved equal.
