About this file
This document is a product specification sheet for the Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) 100000-02, a portable diagnostic device designed for comprehensive wire and component analysis in military and aerospace environments. The AWTS is DOD-approved for maintenance across all platforms, featuring 1152 test points expandable to over 15,000, with 256 random access points and the ability to test embedded components like relays and data buses. It offers extensive measurement capabilities including voltage (0.25 to 500 VDC), current (0.005 to 1.0 Amps), resistance (0 to 1000M Ohms), and capacitance (0 to 100 µF), with robust environmental qualifications meeting MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F, and MIL-PRF-28800F standards.
The system operates across wide environmental conditions, including 0-100% relative humidity, temperatures from 14°-131° F, and is tested for functional shock, salt exposure, vibration, and dust resistance. Physical specifications include multiple unit configurations with weights ranging from 29 to 61 lbs, powered by 115/230 VAC auto-ranging input, and designed for flexible deployment from established depots to remote locations. Specific technical instructions are referenced in NAVAIR 17-15W-1 and USAF T.O. 33D7-28-34-1, with a mobile cart available as a separate purchase.

Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) analyzers are DOD approved common support test sets for use at all levels of maintenance on all platforms.
From established depots to remote deployments, this flexibility enables maintainers to choose where best to perform service and repair actions.
The AWTS -02 configuration (P/N: 100000-02) is focused on supporting harness and wire system maintenance by maximizing the available test points and minimizing system size.
Combined with RAX Energization, systems that include embedded components (relays, data buss, indicators, etc.) can be tackled with ease.
Instructions listed in NAVAIR 17-15W-1, USAF T.O. 33D7-28-34-1.
