This contract was awarded on 28 May 2025 as a sole source contract under NAICS Code 518210 for a total value (base and all options) of $2,054,385.30. The total period of performance (base and all options) is 6 June 2025 – 5 June 2030. The place of performance is Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
Focal point mission planning and execution system responsible for zero fail operations supporting two of the United States’ top priority missions, Presidential Support Missions (1A1 Priority) and Global Command and Control Missions (1A3 Priority). System planning and execution supports the dispatch of four E-4B USAF aircraft and missions with a 24/7 posture.
Dispatch function must be able to flight follow all global missions ensuring accuracy of routing, threat avoidance, logistics support, coordination of diplomatic overflight, air traffic control, and support in emergency actions. Simultaneously, the dispatch function will be able to maintain sufficient personnel during execution to mission plan future mission requirements.
