Three bidders submitted proposals: Digital Dream Studios, LLC; Stephanie Tatum; and HP Help, Inc. The contract term runs from October 9, 2026, through September 30, 2029, covering three one-year periods with 58 scheduled drawings per year.

This was significantly lower than Digital Dream Studios, LLC, which scored 95 points but proposed $400 per draw for a three-year total of $69,600.00.
