About this file

This is an Award Recommendation and Evaluation Synopsis document from the State of Michigan related to OFME advisory support services. The document outlines the evaluation and award recommendation for a contract to provide advisory support to the Office of the State Budget, Finance and Management (OFME). The procurement solicited proposals from qualified vendors to deliver consulting and advisory services in support of the state's budget and financial management operations. The contract was evaluated based on established criteria outlined in the solicitation, with proposals assessed for technical merit, qualifications, and cost-effectiveness. The award recommendation identifies the selected vendor based on the evaluation panel's determination that the proposed solution best meets the state's requirements and represents the best value for the use of state funds.

The evaluation process followed standard state procurement procedures, with scoring conducted according to the weighted criteria specified in the solicitation documents. The recommendation reflects the panel's assessment that the selected vendor possesses the necessary expertise, experience, and resources to effectively deliver the advisory support services required by OFME. Pricing and cost considerations were evaluated as part of the overall value proposition, and the awarded vendor was determined to offer the most advantageous terms for the state. The contract award is subject to final approval and execution of the standard Michigan state contract terms and conditions, with the selected vendor positioned to commence work upon contract finalization.
