Transcription services were priced uniformly across all regions, with rates for various delivery formats and expedited timelines ranging from $0.23 per page for exhibit copying to $7.52 per page for same-day expedited transcripts. The award recommendation was based on best value to the State, considering technical performance, established vendor capability, and pricing as the determinative factors.
