About this file
This Award Extension notice is issued by the SC Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Procurement Office regarding Solicitation 5400018686 for Rental Equipment in Spartanburg. The solicitation was originally posted on October 16, 2019. Due to the additional time required to complete the procurement process, SCDOT has extended the award posting date indefinitely. Additionally, each registered vendor will receive email notification at their registered email address regarding any revised award posting dates.
The extension does not alter the fundamental procurement terms or service requirements for the rental equipment contract. Laura Bagwell, Procurement Officer, manages the procurement process. Offerors should monitor the designated posting location and their registered email accounts for updates regarding the revised award notification timeline, as required under Regulation 19-445.2090(B) and the Award Notification clause of the solicitation.
