About this file
This is a product datasheet for the Titan 4™ RF Counter-Unmanned Aerial System, an autonomous detect-and-defeat platform manufactured by AeroVironment. The system provides rapid deployment capability in under five minutes with a single chassis design weighing 33 pounds and measuring 13" x 8.5" x 19". Key operational specifications include detection range exceeding 4 kilometers horizontal radius with drone ID and telemetry demodulation capabilities, defeat range exceeding 3 kilometers, and RF power output greater than 550 watts. The system covers multiple frequency bands including 433/868/915 MHz and 1.2/2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz with two configurable 400 MHz-6 GHz receive channels, and provides selectable GNSS denial coverage across E1/L1, E5/L5, L2, and L6 bands with variable RF output.
The Titan 4 operates across temperature ranges from -20°C to 50°C with IP66/IEC 60529 ingress protection and meets MIL-STD-810 environmental standards for salt/fog, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference. System connectivity is provided via RJ45 Ethernet to tablets, external networks, or C2 systems, with power options including 85-305VAC, 36VDC, or MIL-STD-1275 vehicle DC cable. The platform features eMASS listing and DIACAP accreditation for security, includes a three-year warranty with advanced operator training and quarterly software updates, and provides full API/ICD integration for external system compatibility. The system requires no calibration, recurring maintenance, or software licensing, resulting in low total cost of ownership. An expansion port enables integration of emergent threat and effector packages, supporting mission-configurable and headless operation modes. The device is designed, tested, and manufactured in San Diego, California.
