About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for an Audit and Change Monitoring Solution issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The RFI seeks market research to identify vendors capable of providing enterprise-grade audit and change monitoring solutions, with NAICS codes 541519 (150 employee small business standard) and 513210 ($47 million small business standard). Interested vendors must submit a five-page response by 4:00 p.m. EDT on December 19, 2025, addressing specific capability requirements including company profile, contract vehicles, past performance, technology refresh considerations, software support, cloud integration options, and a rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing estimate for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.

The VA anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price task order to a single responsive and responsible contractor. Respondents must provide detailed company information, including SAM Unique Entity ID, contact details, business size, socioeconomic status, and existing contract vehicles. The RFI emphasizes the need for specific details about capabilities in delivering audit and monitoring solutions for large-scale, security-sensitive environments, with particular focus on software support, cloud integration, and scalability. Small businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), are encouraged to participate, and set-aside decisions may be made based on the responses received.
