Statement of Objectives

For

Borescope Kit with 3D Phase Scanning and Measurement Capabilities

Purpose: To obtain a complete borescope kit with 3D phase scanning and measurement technology with the necessary adapters, measurement tips, light source, and components to enable technicians the ability to view, inspect, and measure internal components of the CFM-56 aerospace propulsion engine. No allied support will be available or supplies provided by MacDill AFB. The contractor selected to fulfil this requirement will need accommodate all required specifications and deliver asset within 6 weeks of purchase.

Scope: This requirement will be used to enable Aerospace Propulsion Maintenance Technicians to inspect and accurately measure internal CFM-56 engine components.

Description of Services: The following requirements must be met:

a. Specifications -Hard case storage -Fiber optic with Minimum Articulation 160 Degrees All-Way -Rechargeable battery operation -3D Measurement capabilities -Internal light source -12” Rigidizer with gripper -Mounting Arm Kit -Data transfer capabilities -Minimum 4 GB internal storage -Maximum operating temperature of 212°F
