NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS
for the
DEEP-SPACE ADVANCED RADAR CAPABILITY (DARC)
Virtual Industry Day Briefing #2 December 14th (Virtual Industry Day) and December 15th (One-on-One Discussions) 2020
The United States Space Force, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Special Programs Directorate, Space Domain Awareness Division, (SMC/SPG) is conducting a follow-on Industry Day #2 for the DARC Program acquisition.
The DARC team will host a virtual Industry Day on 14 December 2020, from approximately 0800-1500 Mountain Standard Time. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide a status of activities on the program. The presentation will include a division overview, program overview, system concept and mission flow, technical demonstration status, requirements, software strategy, acquisition program schedule and key strategy tenets, and proposed evaluation criteria.
One-on-One sessions will also be held virtually on 15 December 2020 by request. Based on the number of requests, a second day for One-on-One sessions may be added. The Industry Day and One-on-Ones will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. One-on-Ones will be limited to one (1) hour and will be held at the unclassified level. Instructions to request a One-on-One meeting are included in Attachment 3.
Questions asked, answers, and a list of attendees (name, company, and contact information) will be posted on https://Beta.SAM.gov following the conference.
REGISTRATION
All personnel interested in attending must pre-register by sending the information identified in Attachment 2 to smc.spg.darc@us.af.mil by December 7, 2020, 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
