About this file
This file contains four attachments related to a fertilizer delivery project at Dworshak Dam and Reservoir. Attachment 1 specifies the sample preparation and analysis methods for total metal concentration in fertilizer, with ICP/MS method 6020 required for testing arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, lead, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, and zinc (all with target levels <1.0000 ppm), and methods 7470A/7471A for mercury (<0.5000 ppm). Sample preparation method 3050B is required except for mercury analysis.
Attachments 2-4 contain maps and images showing the fertilizer delivery location and infrastructure: a map of Dworshak Dam and Reservoir marking the fertilizer delivery point near Bruce's Eddy Boat Launch, photos of a secondary containment area with lined berms and three green storage tanks, and an aerial view showing the desired tank location near the Resource Maintenance Office. The attachments provide technical specifications and site logistics information for the fertilizer delivery and storage system implementation.
