Attachment 1 - SOLID WASTE REMOVAL

Addendum to Section C-4, SOLID WASTE REMOVAL

The Contractor shall supply two and four cubic yard steel dumpsters. Standard safety decals and the message "NOT TO BE USED FOR HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE" shall be attached to the dumpsters.

1. Locations of work and number of Dumpsters

Administrative Area I – One Pickup Every Other Week

(7) 2-yard Dumpsters – May through Labor Day

(5) 2-yard Dumpsters – September and October

Chestnut Run Swim Beach – One Pickup per Week

(2) 4-yard Dumpsters – Late-May through September

Shenango Day Use/Clark Recreation Area – One Pickup per Week, 2nd Week of April through October

(1) 4-yard Dumpsters – Shenango Day Use

(2) 2-yard Dumpsters – Clark Recreation Area

9 4-yard Second week in May (CGOD) through Memorial Day – Once weekly on Mondays

After Labor Day, four (4) yard dumpsters remain through the end of September with weekly pickup on Mondays.

In accordance with PWS, this attachment describes the deductions that may be made to CLIN prices when the services are not timely or performed to standard.
