Proposed Start Date: (Date) The earliest start date for new grants will be April 1, 2024. The latest start date is July 15, 2024 if Data Preservation Workshop is requested, and if not September 1, 2025. If proposal excludes Priority 3, project start date may be between April 1, 2024, and September 1, 2025. If proposal includes Priority 3, start date must be after USGS receives its final FY 2024 appropriation. Priority 3 activities cannot start later than September 1, 2024. Up to 2 awards with different start dates may be issued.
