B. Contours: Contours for the entire site shall be accurately plotted at one-foot (1') contour intervals.
C. Spot Grade Elevations: Spot grade elevations shall be oriented in the same direction and read from left to right. Spot grades shall be provided in areas of bumpy or inconsistent slopes between contours and in areas of high use, such as active lawns, pavement and paths. Elevations shall be provided for the top and bottom of all considerable breaks in grade.
1. Within natural ground, lawn and planted areas, spot grades shall be shown to one-tenth of a foot (0.1').

D. Locate the following manmade site and building features:
1. Buildings: Show building outlines, entranceways, areaways, roof overhangs, downspouts, significant architectural projections and other pertinent data for the buildings on site, including finished floor elevation (FFE).
2. Drives, walks, ramps, curbs, curb cuts, gutters and culverts. Indicate type and/or surface material.
3. Public streets and/or roads through or adjacent to property.
4. Fences, walls, steps, handrails, signs and site furnishings.

2. All shrub massing; show full spread and dominant species.
3. Extent of lawn areas.
4. Floodplains, hazard areas, wetlands and wetland boundaries and setback lines.
