About this file

This document is a project experience questionnaire for a federal contract solicitation to replace the HVAC system at the Cook House at Lincoln Home National Historic Site. The solicitation is being conducted by the National Park Service Midwest Region on behalf of the Department of the Interior. The questionnaire requests information about a past project performed by the bidder that involved removing an existing HVAC system and installing a new one of similar size and scope. It includes seven questions seeking details on the work performed, any changes to price or schedule, problems encountered and how they were resolved, successful means and methods used, and the tools and equipment involved. Bidders are asked to select their role on the project as either a prime contractor or subcontractor.
