About this file
This document is a Terms of Use Agreement (TOUA) for a NAVSEA PEO UWS PMS435 Sources Sought Notice (N00024-26-R-6215) governing the use of Government Furnished Information (GFI). The GFI contains both unclassified Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and classified documents up to the Secret level, related to Type 20/Type 24 Test Requirements Matrix. Companies seeking access to this information must comply with strict security requirements, including maintaining a SECRET Security Clearance, adhering to NISPOM guidelines, and following export control regulations.
Key restrictions include limiting GFI access to direct employees with appropriate security clearance and need-to-know, prohibiting disclosure to foreign nationals or outside the United States, and maintaining detailed logs of document copies and distribution. Companies must destroy all GFI copies within 30 days after the sources sought posting submission date and provide destruction confirmation to the Contracting Officer. To obtain access, firms must complete a detailed recipient identification form, have their credentials verified by the government, and have an authorized representative sign an acknowledgement accepting the specified terms.
