PROJECT IDENTIFICATION
Project Title: Campus Fall Protection Project Location: VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) 6900 N. Pecos Rd., North Las Vegas, NV. 89086
PROJECT BACKGROUND
During construction of the hospital, fall protection on the roof was not installed or non- compliant for the buildings on the VASNHS campus. This omission of adequate fall protection causes a safety hazard for any employees and contractors that need to work on the roof. In addition, this lack of fall protection violates OSHA standards. In addition, the FCA noted area that needed fall protection The purpose of this project is to correct any deficiencies with the fall protection and to provide a safe environment for employees/contractors working on the roof.
PROJECT SCOPE
