1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Purpose: This is a non-personal services contract. Providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies except those listed as Government Furnished Property, for the performance of this contract. As such the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees.

1.1.1 Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the Crescent Ranger District Office, Deschutes National Forest Crescent, OR. The scope of the work includes the year-around janitorial service for approximately 12,244 square feet of the Crescent Ranger District Office, 176 square feet of the Rosedale Warehouse Restrooms, and 1,005 square feet the Peterson Conference room.

1.1.3 Period of Performance:

1.1.4 Government Regular Working Hours: The Government’s regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 0600-1800 except federal observed holidays.

1.1.5 Contractor Hours of Performance: Janitorial Services for Crescent Ranger District Office shall conform to the following seasonal schedules.

Winter Schedule of three (3) days per week, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, during the months of November through March.

Summer Schedule of five (5) days per week, Sunday through Thursday, during the months of April through October.

In the event services are not provided or required because the facility is closed due to inclement weather, unanticipated holidays declared by the President, failure of the Congress to appropriate funds, etc., the CO shall either:

a) Forego the work and reduce payment due to the Contractor for work not performed. The deduction rate in dollars per day shall be equal to the “per month” fixed price divided by 9 days per month and then multiplied by the number of days services were not provided. Appropriate adjustments will be made by the CO in the event services are provided for portions of days, or

b) Reschedule the work on day(s) satisfactory to both parties. Except as noted in the schedule of work, work shall not be required on Federal Observed Holidays.

1.1.6 Federal Observed Holidays:

1.1.7 Service Interruptions: If any services must be interrupted (even temporarily), the Contractor shall notify the CO, and COR at least three working days in advance. If the service is due to an emergency the Contractor shall notify the CO and COR as soon as practicable.

1.1.8 Bio-based Materials: Contractor shall use products made from bio-based materials (e.g., bio-based cleaners, degreasers, and toilet bowl cleaners) to the maximum extent practical without jeopardizing the intended use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user or potential harm to surfaces. The Contractor shall submit a list to the COR within fourteen (14) calendar days after contract award and any changes indicating the name of the manufacturer, brand name, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and intended use of each product used in the performance of this contract in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200. Deliverable 01

1.1.9 Conservation of Utilities: The Contractor shall instruct employees in utility conservation practices. The

Contractor shall be responsible for operating under conditions which preclude the waste of utilities, including but not limited to the following activities: lights shall be used only in areas where and at a time when work is being performed; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls shall not be adjusted by the Contractor’s employees;

water faucets and valves shall be turned off after use.

1.1.10 Quality Control Program (QCP): The Contractor shall develop and maintain a QCP to ensure services are performed in accordance with this PWS. The QCP document or plan must be forwarded to and accepted by the CO. The Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of deficiencies. The Contractor’s QCP is the means by which the Contractor ensures that work complies with the requirements of the contract. The QCP shall include at a minimum. An internal inspection system covering all the services performed including a checklist that will specify areas to be inspected by Contractor personnel on both a scheduled or unscheduled basis and the title of the individual(s) who will do the inspection. A method for identifying deficiencies in the quality of services performed and for proposing any corrective action to be taken. A method for ensuring all keys and security access codes issued to the Contractor by the Government are not lost, misplaced, and are not used by unauthorized persons. A file of all inspections conducted by the Contractor and the corrective actions taken. This documentation shall be made available to the Contracting Officer Representative for review upon request. The QCP shall be delivered to the CO within fourteen (14) days from the date of award. After acceptance of the QCP the Contractor shall receive the Contracting Officer’s acceptance in writing of any proposed change to the QCP.

Deliverable 02. The Contracting Officer may direct modification(s) to the contractor’s QCP to address performance issues.

Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement Page 5 of 12 performed in accordance with this PWS. The plan shall name the janitor and provide contact information. The work plan will be submitted with the RFQ package. Deliverable 03. The Contracting Officer may direct modification(s) to the contractor’s work plan to address performance issues. Contractor shall submit to the CO an Operating Plan with a schedule of all services to be performed. The Schedule shall indicate the time of day, the type of work to be performed and its frequency of performance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually), the areas to be worked, and the estimated time to complete the work in each area. The Operating Plan shall also include a list of all cleaning supplies to be used, subject to the COR approval. The Contractor shall notify the COR in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to the intended use of any chemicals which include a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), all of which are subject to the approval by the COR.

Once a month, when the invoice is submitted, the Contractor will provide to the COR a listing that identifies all scheduled work that was completed during this time period. The format of this document shall be approved by the COR. At the beginning of the contract, and annually thereafter, a survey will be conducted by the COR to confirm that the figures provided are accurate. Agreement will be noted in the Operating Plan. Any changes to these figures shall be brought to the attention of the CO.

Windows shall be closed and lights and fans turned off when not in use. Close and lock windows found open after normal working hours. Government telephones shall not be used for personal reason, or for any toll or long distance calls. The Contractor shall notify the COR whenever a building deficiency is identified (e.g., chemical spill, leaking pipe, stopped up sink, power outage, doors or other equipment that appear to be working improperly) and post as out of order.

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that the janitor closet is kept clean, free of unpleasant smells, and neat and orderly at all times.

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that all articles of possible personal or monetary value found by the Contractor’s employees are turned into the COR.

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to secure the building upon completion of work and close and lock entry gates.

The contractor shall be liable for any damage to Government property other than normal wear and tear which occurs during time on the job

1.1.12 Quality Assurance: The Contractor shall comply with the quality assurance program as defined in the Quality

Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). It defines how the performance standards will be applied, the frequency of surveillance, and the minimum Acceptable Quality Level(s) (AQL). Government surveillance of Contractor performance is not limited to the Performance Objectives as outlined in this PWS. The Government reserves the right to conduct compliance surveillance of any contractual requirement of this acquisition.

1.2 Type of Contract: The Government will award a firm fixed price contract.

1.3 Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of twelve (12) months, and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) Months.

The Periods of Performance read as follows:

Base Period: 31 October 2024 thru 30 October 2025 Option Period One: 31 October 2025 thru 30 October 2026 Option Period Two: 31 October 2026 thru 30 October 2027 Option Period Three: 31 October 2027 thru 30 October 2028 Option Period Four: 31 October 2028 thru 30 October 2029

1.4 Post Award Conference/Periodic Progress Meetings: The Contractor agrees to attend any post award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 42.5. The CO and/or COR shall meet periodically with the Contractor to review the Contractor's performance.

1.5 Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR): A COR may be assigned to this contract to monitor all technical aspects and assist in contract administration. The COR may be authorized to perform the following functions:

ensure that the Contractor performs the technical requirements of the contract; perform inspections necessary in connection with contract performance; maintain written and oral communication with the Contractor concerning technical aspects of the contract; issue written interpretations of technical requirements (without increasing or decreasing contract scope), including Government drawings, designs, and specifications; monitor Contractor's performance and notify both the CO and Contractor of deficiencies; and provide site entry of Contractor personnel. The COR is not authorized to change any of the terms and conditions of the contract.

1.6 Contractor Personnel:

1.6.1 Contract Manager: The Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager and designated alternate, as applicable, who has full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. The Contract Manager or alternate shall be available during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on site within one hour after the Government's regular working hours. The Contractor shall submit the name and contact information of the contract manager in writing to the COR within 14 calendar days of award.

Deliverable 04.

1.6.2 Quality Control Representative: Not used.

1.6.3 Special Qualifications: The Contractor shall ensure bio-hazard cleaning and disposal of bio-hazard materials is performed by qualified and certified personnel, as per OSHA Code of Federal Regulations, 29 CFR 1910.1030 (A thru I and Appendix A).

1.6.4 Conduct of Personnel: The Contracting Officer may require the Contractor to remove from the job site any employee working under this contract for reasons of misconduct, security, or if they are found to be or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other incapacitating agents.

1.6.5 Contractor Personnel Identification: Contractor personnel shall be easily identifiable through the display of badges or uniform. Contractor employees shall identify themselves by name and company affiliation when answering the telephone and attending meetings. All Contractor correspondence (written, facsimile, and email display) shall include their company name.

1.7 Security Requirements: Contractor personnel or any representative of the Contractor entering the Government facilities shall abide by all security regulations. At the close of each work period, Government facilities, equipment, and materials shall be secured.

1.7.1 Background Checks: Background checks are required to comply with Presidential Directive HSPD-12 that requires “for unescorted entry into a federal facility, the individual will have a background investigation on file.”

Within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract award and a new employee being selected for work on this contract, provide a complete list of the name, address, social security number, date of birth, and work phone of each employee engaged in the performance of this contract. Deliverable 05

1.8 Key Control: The Contractor will be issued keys, key cards, and security access codes by the Government for office access at the time of contract award. No keys shall be duplicated unless authorized in writing by the COR. The supervisor shall issue keys to Contractor employees and be responsible for their return.

The Contractor shall report the occurrence of a lost key immediately to the COR. The Contractor shall be required to replace or to reimburse the Government for replacement as a result of the Contractor losing keys.

The Contractor shall prohibit the use of keys and access codes issued by the Government by any persons other than the Contractor’s employees. The Contractor’s employees shall prohibit entrance to the building by other than Contract employees engaged in the performance of contract related work.

1.9 Safety: Contractor personnel shall comply with all Deschutes National Forest directives and policies.

1.9.1 Accidents: Report any accident within 24 hours from occurrence to the COR. Deliverable 06

1.10 Fire Protection and Prevention: All sweeping compounds, dust cloths and mop treating materials, floor oils and floor treatment materials (exclusive of waxes) shall be products which are free of any spontaneous heating capability. Listings of these products as free of this capability by the Underwriters’ Laboratory Inc. or other qualified nationally recognized testing organization shall be considered as meeting these requirements. The Contractor shall not store combustible supplies including rags, paper, and other like items near possible sources of combustion such as steam pipes, high wattage lamp bulbs, and other like items.

2.0 DEFINITIONS,

2.1 Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). The allowable leeway or variance from a standard before the Government will reject the specific service. An AQL does not say that the Contractor may knowingly offer defective service. It implies that the Government recognizes that defective performance sometimes happens unintentionally. As long as the percent of defective performance does not exceed the AQL, the service will not be rejected by the Government. The Contractor, however, must re-perform the defective service when possible.

2.2 Clean. “Clean” shall be defined as free of dirt, dust, odors, spots, streaks, stains, smudges, film, discoloration, litter, debris, foreign matter, and other residue or evidence of soil. Any maintenance solution or cleaning product residue that is not an air-dry product shall be removed.

2.3 Contracting Officer (CO). A person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings. The term includes certain authorized representatives of the Contracting Officer acting within the limits of their authority as delegated by the Contracting Officer. "Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO)" refers to a Contracting Officer who is administering contracts. A single Contracting Officer may be responsible for duties in any or all of these areas. In accordance with 48 CFR chapter 1, Administrative Contracting Officer does not-Require that a duty be performed at a particular office or activity; or Restrict in any way a contracting officer in the performance of any duty properly assigned.

2.4 Contractor. The term Contractor as used herein refers to both the prime Contractor and any sub-contractors. The prime Contractor shall ensure that his/her sub-contractors comply with the provisions of the contract. The term in this contract refers to the prime.

2.5 Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Government employee designated by the Contracting Officer to be responsible for monitoring of Contractor performance.

2.6 Disinfect. Cleaning in order to destroy any harmful micro-organisms by application of an approved chemical agent.

2.8 Facility. An establishment, structure, or assembly of equipment designated for a specific function.

2.9 Frequency of Service.

2.9.1 Annual. Services performed once during each 12-month period of the contract. These services are to be conducted in accordance with the specified schedule unless change is scheduled in writing.

2.9.2 Semi-Annual. Services performed twice during each 12-month period of the contract. These services are to be conducted in accordance with the specified schedule unless change is scheduled in writing.

2.9.3 Man-Day. Man-day is a unit of measurement referring to the amount of work that one person does in one 8-hour day.

2.9.4 Monthly. Services performed at intervals of 28 to 31 calendar days.

2.9.5 Bi-Weekly. Services performed up to 26 times during each 12-month period of the contract.

2.9.6 Daily. Services to be performed in intervals in accordance with the PWS.

2.9.7 Quarterly. Once every three months.

2.10 Moveable Item. Items that are fifty (50) pounds or less such as chairs, trash receptacles, and any easily movable item.

2.11 Non-Personal Services. The person rendering services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. Non-personal service contracts are authorized by the Government in accordance with FAR 37.012, under general contracting authority, and do not require specific statutory authorization.

2.11 Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). Identifies the key performance indicators of the contract that will be evaluated by the Government to ensure the Contractor meets standards.

2.12 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). An organized written document used for quality assurance surveillance. The document contains specific methods to perform surveillance of the Contractor for each item of the Performance Requirements Summary.

2.13 Quality Assurance (QA). A method used by the Government to provide some measure of control over the quality of purchased goods and services received.

2.14 Quality Control (QC). A method used by the Contractor to control the quality of goods and services provided.

2.15 Random Sampling. A method of looking at a few individual items in a lot to determine the quality of that lot against a standard.

2.16 Space. An area to receive custodial services, which may or may not be considered a room by common definition.

Examples of space are definable sections of hallways, stairwells, lobbies, offices, entrances, and elevators.

2.17 Sub-Contractor: One that enters into a contract with a prime Contractor. The Government does not have privy of contract with the sub-contractor.

Contractor Requirements

3. SPECIFIC TASKS AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Janitorial Services: The Contractor shall clean restrooms, office space, stairwells, elevator, lobby, and conference room on each scheduled cleaning day. Named areas shall be free of dust, dirt, debris, carpet stains, (with the exception of current/existing stains, to be documented at time of award), trash, streaks, and smudges, and present an overall appearance of cleanliness. Desks and IT equipment shall not be cleaned. Horizontal and vertical surfaces including furniture counters, railings, grilles, fire apparatus, doors, corners, crevices, moldings, and ledges less than 70 inches will be free of obvious dust, dirt, oil spots, or smudged surfaces. Trash shall be collected and put into government provided dumpster. Floors shall be clean and shall be vacuumed on each scheduled cleaning day. Sinks and water fountains will be clean with no residue.

Where applicable a manufacturer’s recommend cleaning instruction/technique has been provided under attachment “Manufacture Cleaning Recommendations”.

3.1. Restrooms (includes drinking fountains): Shall be cleaned 3x/week winter and 5x/week summer. Fixtures, metal chrome surfaces, doorplates, water closets, urinals, washbasins, shower stalls, drinking fountains, mirrors, shelving, and dispensers shall be cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner and maintain a high level of luster, if applicable, and be free of dust, mold, mildew, streaks, rust, and encrustation. Urinals/bowls shall be cleaned as far into the trap as possible and under the inside rim. Removal of stains with soap grit or grit cake is allowed; however, the use of toilet bowl cleaners, acids, or strong alkalis which tend to damage glaze shall not be allowed. Cleaning shall include the seat, interior/exterior of bowl/urinal, flush valve, and polishing pipe. Maintain urinals with screens and deodorant cakes. Maintain traps free from odor. Partitions, doors, vents, sills, and walls shall be free of dust, dirt, and graffiti.

The full surface area of all stall partitions, doors, and waste receptacles shall be damp wiped weekly, utilizing a multipurpose cleaner and shall be free of dirt, stains, watermarks, and all other debris or encrustation. Drinking fountains shall be sanitized, present a luster appearance, with nozzles free from encrustation and no mineral or calcium buildup on bubbler. Restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, air fresheners, urinal cakes, toilet seat

Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement Page 9 of 12 covers, and liquid hand soap, shall be replenished as needed to maintain an adequate supply at all times. Restrooms shall be free of discarded material and waste receptacles shall be emptied. Trash shall be collected and put into government provided dumpster. Waste receptacles shall be lined and kept relatively free of trash, dirt, stains, and debris. Flooring, base molding, and walls shall be free of dirt, debris, all types of marks, and foreign matter, and cleaned at a frequency and as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations for each material.

Standard: Fixtures shall be free of smudges, marks, spots, or unsightly discoloration. Toilet bowls and urinals shall be de-scaled and the entire surface shall be free from streaks, stains, scale, scum, urine deposits, and rust stains. Stainless steel surfaces shall be clean and bright, and free of dust spots, stains, and streaks.

Drinking fountains shall be clean and free from encrustation with no mineral or calcium buildup on bubbler.

Floors shall be free of visible loose dirt or streaks, scuff marks, heel marks, other stains and discoloration, and mop strings. Corners, crevices, moldings, and ledges shall be free of all dust and dirt. The least amount of water, soap solution, or water cleaner solution required to remove dirt and rinse floors shall be used. Flooding of floors shall be avoided at all times. Surfaces shall be left dry. Sufficient supplies shall be provided to meet usage.

AQL: 95% Compliance

3.2. Office Space (includes private and shared offices, conference rooms, quiet room, copy/supply, research lab):

Shall be cleaned 3x/week winter and 3x/week summer on sun, tues, thurs. Shall be free of obvious surface dust, dirt, debris, carpet stains, (with the exception of current/existing stains, to be documented at time of award), trash, streaks, and smudges, and present an overall appearance of cleanliness. Horizontal surfaces less than 70 inches high including clear desks, bookshelves, windowsills, table and chair legs, etc. shall be free of obvious dust, dirt, oil spots, or smudged surfaces. Desks with papers, computers and keyboards will not be dusted. Tables shall be dusted and washed as needed to be free of obvious surface dust, dirt, debris, streaks, and smudges. Trash shall be collected from work areas and put into government provided dumpster. Trash containers shall be lined and free of trash, dirt, stains, and debris. Individual recycle bags and/or bins shall be emptied into government provided recycle bins in the exterior dumpster enclosure as necessary to keep from overfilling. Main recycle bins and accumulated cardboard in exterior dumpster enclosure shall be emptied and recycled as necessary. Contractor will be responsible for locating and utilizing appropriate recycle centers. Blinds shall be cleaned at a frequency and as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations to be dirt and dust free. Molding shall be free of dirt, debris, all types of marks, and foreign matter.

Carpets and rugs shall be free of obvious removable spots, stains, soiled traffic pattern, dirt, debris, gum, and crusted material. Vacuuming and spot cleaning shall be done at a frequency as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations that will protect the integrity of the carpet and prolong wear. There are to be no areas of deterioration or fuzzing to the carpet and rug as a result of harsh brushing or scrubbing.

Standard: Furniture, blinds, and other horizontal surfaces shall be free of visible dirt and dust. Trash cans shall be emptied daily. Recycle bags/bins shall be emptied before overfilling. Carpeted areas and molding shall be clean and free of dust balls, visible dirt, and other debris.

3.3. Main Lobby (includes public vestibule): Shall be cleaned 3x/week winter and 5x/week summer. Shall be free of obvious surface dust, dirt, debris, carpet stains, trash, streaks, and smudges, and present an overall appearance of cleanliness. Horizontal surfaces less than 70 inches shall be free of obvious dust, dirt, oil spots, or smudged surfaces.

Walls, baseboards, and other surfaces shall remain free of dust, spots, residue, and marks.

Wood doors and other wood surfaces shall be free of obvious dirt, stains, and streaks. Metal door knobs, push bars, thresholds, kick plates, railings, and other metal surfaces shall be free of obvious dirt, stains, and streaks. Counters, railings, grilles, fire apparatus, doors, table and chair legs, corners, crevices, moldings, and ledges within approximately 70 inches from the floor shall be dusted. Carpets and other flooring materials shall be free of obvious removable spots, stains, soiled traffic pattern, dirt, debris, gum, and crusted material. Molding shall be free of dirt, debris, all types of marks, and foreign matter. Glass doors/ including sneeze guards shall be clean and free of fingerprints, obvious dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges. Interior windows/glass in vestibule and lobby shall be maintained free of fingerprints, obvious dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges in between quarterly cleanings. Surrounding and adjacent areas shall be free of standing water, drips, or watermarks.

Washed glass shall be clean and free of dirt, grime, streaks, and excessive moisture and shall not be cloudy. Window sashes, sills, woodwork, and other surrounding interior glass shall be wiped free of drippings and other watermarks.

3.4. Corridors (includes employee vestibules, stairs, entry porches, elevator): Shall be cleaned 3x/week winter

First 10 feet of public and employee entry porches (5 total) shall be swept free of dirt, debris, leaves, and litter. Exterior cigarette butt and public garbage receptacles shall be kept relatively free of trash. Glass doors shall be clean and free of fingerprints, obvious dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges.

3.5. Break and Fitness Rooms: Shall be cleaned 3x/week winter and 5x/week summer. Shall be free of obvious dirt debris and extraneous matter. Trash shall be collected daily and put into government provided dumpster. Trash containers shall be lined and kept relatively free of trash, dirt, stains, and debris. Counters, tables, and sink surfaces shall be cleaned daily with a disinfectant cleaner. Table and chair legs shall be free of obvious dust, dirt, oil spots, or smudged surfaces.

Appliances shall be cleaned as needed to be free of dirt, grime, encrustation, smudges, streaks, and fingerprints.

Surfaces shall maintain a high level of luster, if applicable, and be free of dust, mold, mildew, streaks, rust, and encrustation. Molding shall be free of dirt, debris, all types of marks, and foreign matter. Flooring shall be free of dirt, debris, and foreign matter, and cleaned at a frequency and as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Note: Fitness equipment is not included in the cleaning schedule and will be user maintained.

Standard: Floors shall be clean and free of trash and foreign matter with no dust or dirt left in corners, crevices, molding, and ledges. Counters, tables, and sink shall be clean and disinfected. Appliances shall be clean and streak free.

3.6. High cleaning surfaces above 70 inches: Shall be cleaned quarterly in conjunction with Interior Window Cleaning.

Shall be free of obvious dust and cobwebs. Does not include removal of vents, tiles, or fixtures to accomplish high cleaning.

3.7. Interior Window Cleaning: Interior window cleaning shall be performed four times yearly, in January, April, July, and October. Glass and frames shall be cleaned to be free of fingerprints, dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges. Surrounding and adjacent areas shall be free of standing water, drips, or watermarks.

Standard: Interior window glass and frames shall be free of fingerprints, dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges.

3.8. Calculating Acceptable Quality Level, AQL: Acceptable quality levels AQL will be calculated by dividing the number of acceptable occurrences observed by the number of possible occurrences observed. For example:

Paragraph 3.1 in month one the COR observed 20 janitorial services. Of the 20 observed services, 18 were satisfactory. 18 satisfactory observations divided by 20 possible observation equals 0.9 or 90%.

5.0 PROPERTY

5.1 Government Furnished Property:

The Government will provide the following item(s) of Government property to the Contractor for use in the performance of this contract:

o Telephone Local Only o Janitor storage closet with sink.

o Dumpster.

o Water and Electrical Power.

o Parking o Keys, key cards, and security access codes to the gates and buildings.

o toilet paper o paper towels o liquid hand soap o toilet seat covers o urinal screens and deodorant cakes o plastic trash bags for the various trash and recycle cans/bins.

o Space will be assigned, as available in the building, for the storage of an inventory of supplies and equipment, which will be used in the performance of work under the contract. The Government will not be responsible in any way for damage or loss of parts or equipment

5.2 Contractor Furnished Property:

The Contractor shall supply ALL supplies, equipment (ex. steam cleaner, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc.), o Cleaning equipment to include brooms, brushes, buckets, and vacuums.

o Cleaning supplies.

o Contractor-furnished equipment shall include bumper/guards to prevent marking or scratching of fixtures or building surfaces.
