The announcement seeks to identify potential vendors that can provide technical services in the following areas: Contract Administration/Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan, Provisioning/Design Change Notice (DCN), Test Equipment Services, Mission Assurance, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation. The services required include inspecting, testing, repairing, packaging, marking, and shipping parts; satisfying Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements; and complying with security requirements. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts, which the manufacturer possesses. Responses are due by May 30, 2024.
