About this file
This is a Mercury Affidavit document related to the procurement of CIENA Equipment for the Department of Human Services (DHS) facility located at 3029 E Biddle Street in Maryland under contract opportunity FC0002507. The affidavit serves as a certification document that may be required as part of the bidding or contract award process for this equipment procurement. The specific details regarding product specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and project timelines would be contained in the associated Scope of Work and contract opportunity documents rather than in this affidavit itself.
The Mercury Affidavit is a compliance and certification document that bidders or contractors may be required to execute to confirm adherence to applicable regulations and requirements. Without access to the complete contract opportunity details, the affidavit's role in addressing pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or other commercial terms cannot be fully determined from this document alone. The affidavit would typically be submitted as a supporting document to demonstrate the bidder's or contractor's qualifications and compliance status relative to the CIENA equipment procurement for the DHS facility.
