The equipment must not exceed 118 inches in overall width to fit through existing gates and barn doors and must be operable with a 100 horsepower tractor. Delivery is required onsite within 90 days of award to USDA, 1920 Dayton Avenue, Building 24, Ames, Iowa 50010. The technical point of contact is Kaitlyn Sarlo-Davila at 515-337-6772 or kaitlyn.sarlodavila@usda.gov. Evaluation factors are referenced in the combined synopsis/solicitation document.
