The Government seeks to acquire a Parmasol Semiautomatic Aerosol Propellant Filler System distributed through Aerosol Machinery Solutions, LLC, or an equal product that meets all specified requirements. The complete system must include: a pressure filler with on-column design capable of dispensing 0.5 mL to 20 mL using AISI 316L stainless steel components; a pharmaceutical-grade crimper assembly with adjustable crimp height and diameter for 20 mm valves; a crimp height measuring gauge with digital display and calibration certificate; and a propellant pump with capacity up to 15 liters per minute and 2,000 kPa maximum outlet pressure compatible with HFA, LPG, and DME propellants. All accessories, special tools, spare parts, and hose kits must be included. The Contractor is responsible for delivery, installation, Factory Acceptance Test documentation, validation documentation and execution support, operator training covering system operation, safety, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning requirements, complete documentation in electronic format, and a minimum one-year warranty including parts, labor, travel, onsite repair, and technical support with a two business day response requirement. Equipment must be delivered within 90 calendar days after award to the FDA facility in Silver Spring, Maryland (Laboratory WO64, Room 1083, 10903 New Hampshire Avenue). Installation must be completed within 10 business days, operator training within 5 business days of installation, with 30 working days allowed for Government inspection and acceptance. The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), with the period of performance extending from contract award through one year after award, concluding with completion of all warranty obligations.
