I. SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
1. SUPPLIES OR SERVICES
1.1. This solicitation is for commercial services and will be conducted IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 procedures.
2. CONTRACT PRICING
Contractors are encouraged to provide pricing in line with the structure of their commercial practices.
In addition to the pricing that conforms to the solicitation documents, Contractors are encouraged to submit Pricing Information in line with their Commercial practices for labor categories not listed below, that may be beneficial to the Government during the lifecycle of this contract.
The offeror must specify fixed hourly rates in its offer that include wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit. The offeror must specify whether the fixed hourly rate for each labor category applies to labor performed by the offeror; Subcontractors; and/or Divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the offeror under a common control.
PRICING: Date of award through 5 years (if pricing is expected to increase during the life of this award, Contractor shall add additional charts for anticipated increase periods)
