About this file
This is a Contract Pricing Schedule template for an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCC Terre Haute for vocational training programs. The contract requires quoters to submit pricing on a per-student basis for two programs: Computer Numeric Control (CNC) and Welding Technology, each accommodating up to ten students per year. The contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing that covers curriculum development, instructor services, textbooks, classroom instructional materials, registration fees, and certificates.
The pricing schedule spans a five-year period consisting of a base year (months 1-12 from the Effective Date of Award) and four option years, with each option year covering a twelve-month period. Quoters must complete the template by entering their per-student rate for each program across all contract periods, with estimated maximum yearly totals calculated automatically for each year and program. The template requires a total quote for the base year and all four option years combined. Quantities are identified as estimates only and do not guarantee actual orders or stable conditions. All pricing must be firm-fixed unit pricing based on per-student rates regardless of annual enrollment fluctuations within the ten-student maximum capacity.
