About this file
This is an Accelerated Award Option Election and Attestation Form for the DARPA Defense Sciences Office (DSO) Office-wide BAA (HR001126S0015). The form allows proposers to voluntarily elect an accelerated award pathway in exchange for adherence to specific terms and conditions, with DARPA committing to execute the resulting contract or Other Transaction (OT) agreement within 30 days of selection notification.
Eligibility for the accelerated option is limited to efforts not exceeding $2,000,000 in proposed costs. Proposers selecting this option must attest to multiple stipulations including: unclassified effort status; provision of unlimited rights, government purpose rights, or SBIR rights for all deliverable data and software; submission of a DARPA cost proposal spreadsheet and substantiating cost documentation; disclosure of any proposed resource sharing; and a fee calculation percentage not exceeding 8%. For procurement contracts, proposers must demonstrate a DCAA-reviewed (or ONR/DHHS-reviewed for universities) accounting system and agreement to anticipated FAR/DFARS clauses outlined in specified model contract attachments. Small business proposers must include a subcontracting plan if applicable for efforts exceeding $750,000, or provide rationale for claiming no subcontracting possibilities. For OT for Prototypes or OT for Research awards, proposers must agree to terms and conditions in the respective model OT agreement attachments with specified sections completed. All proposed subcontractors must agree to abide by the asterisk-designated stipulations. Any violation of these conditions by the proposer or subcontractors will result in DARPA revoking its accelerated award commitment.

Attachment I Accelerated Award Option Election and Attestation Form
