About this file
This draft State Term Contract No. 15100000-25v2-STC is between the Florida Department of Management Services and an unnamed contractor for bulk fuel products, specifically covering gasoline, diesel, marine fuel, and biodiesel. The contract will have an initial term of three years, becoming effective on October 1, 2025 or the date signed by all parties, and expiring on August 31, 2028, with potential for renewal in accordance with the Enterprise Standard Terms and Conditions. The contract was awarded following a competitive solicitation process, and upon execution, customers as defined in the contract's terms may purchase products and services under its provisions.
The contract establishes a framework for fuel purchases with provisions for customers to buy products under its terms, with both the Department and the Contractor designating specific contract managers for administration. The document includes an order of precedence for interpreting the contract, with the main contract document taking priority over attached exhibits like the Scope of Work and Enterprise Standard Terms and Conditions. While specific pricing details are not provided in this draft version, the contract appears to be a standard state procurement vehicle designed to provide a standardized mechanism for bulk fuel purchases by various governmental entities in Florida.
