About this file

This document is Attachment E - Performance Standards and Guarantees for a state and local contract opportunity. It outlines the performance standards and guarantees required of the Facility Manager and Contractor for various grounds maintenance services at the facilities covered by the contract.

The performance standards address requirements for mowing, trimming and edging, debris removal, weed control/fertilizer/herbicide applications, mulching, irrigation, and miscellaneous services such as watering non-irrigated areas and thinning/elevating tree branches. For each service, the document defines the measurement criteria for "Good", "Fair", and "Poor" performance, as well as the minimum required result and the associated invoice deduction percentage for non-compliance. The Facility Manager must submit a monthly acknowledgement of services to the Contract Manager.
