About this file
This document is an Attachment E - COBID Outreach Plan for RFP#5657 Solicitation #10000-00006532 Peer Parent Mentor Services, issued by the state of Oregon. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify community partners to provide Peer Parent Mentor Services for referred clients statewide. The solicitation requires proposers to describe the steps they will take to solicit certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses (COBID certified firms) for any subcontracting opportunities. Proposers must indicate if they are a COBID certified firm and provide details on their existing contractual relationships with both COBID certified and non-certified firms that may be minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or emerging small businesses.
The solicitation indicates that COBID certified firms must have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed with state funds. Proposers will be required to report the identity and value of each subcontract to COBID if awarded a contract from this procurement. The solicitation covers services in Lincoln County, Oregon.
