About this file

This document provides drawings and specifications for concrete pads to be constructed at three locations for air monitoring shelter installations: the Buckner DOT (Oldham Co.) KYTC Maintenance Facility, the Lexington Primary (Fayette Co) Fayette County Health Department, and the Lexington Primary Nature Center. Each pad will be 10 feet by either 12 or 16 feet, with a 4-inch minimum thickness. The concrete will be 4,000 psi, with a rebar grid at 12-inch spacings, and the pads will be broom finished with a cure and seal application. Existing electrical poles will be used, with underground electrical lines run to the shelters. The document provides the latitude and longitude coordinates for each location.

The document does not include any pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or contract term details. It appears to be solely focused on the technical specifications and drawings for the concrete pad installations at the three designated sites.
