About this file
This document is an Attachment D - FHFA Subscriber Addendum that outlines the terms and conditions between the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), the Subscriber, and the Contractor for a federal contract opportunity.
The key details are:
- This Addendum takes precedence over any conflicting terms in the Contractor's Agreement. It addresses governing law, disputes, changes, assignment, indemnification, limitation of liability, pricing, and other standard government contract clauses.
- The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (Solicitation Number FHF-25-Q-0001) seeking a Loan Level Servicer to provide FHFA with timely representative monthly loan-level data on mortgages originated in the U.S. mortgage market. This will allow FHFA to analyze mortgage markets nationwide and evaluate the performance of mortgages related to the mortgage holdings of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and the 11 Federal Home Loan Banks.
