About this file

This is a Buy American Act Compliance Certification form template for federal contractors. The document serves as an attestation mechanism requiring contractors to certify their compliance with Buy American Act requirements for the procurement of air handling unit replacement services under VA solicitation 36C24626Q0784 for Project 565-26-110 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 6.

The certification template establishes the contractor's obligation to declare whether products and materials incorporated into the air handling unit replacement project meet Buy American Act standards, which typically require that steel, iron, and manufactured goods be produced in the United States. Contractors must certify compliance for all components and materials used in the replacement of Air Handling Unit #34, ensuring adherence to domestic content preferences mandated by federal law. The attachment functions as a required submission document that contractors must complete and include with their bid or proposal response to demonstrate eligibility for contract award under federal procurement regulations.
