About this file

This document is an attachment to a Request for Applications (RFA) issued by the South Coast Regional Early Learning Hub for the reallocation and waitlist of Preschool Promise (PSP) program spaces in the counties of Coos, Curry, and Douglas, Oregon. The Hub is making 23 spaces available for reallocation, which will be awarded to new and current PSP providers based on a community needs score that considers factors such as zip code, setting type, and language of instruction. Eligible applicants must meet all of the specified characteristics to be considered for the space allocations, which will be awarded in priority order by zip code until all spaces are assigned. Applicants that do not meet the criteria may be added to the PSP applicant waitlist for consideration in future space allocations.

The RFA provides details on how the community needs score will be calculated as part of the evaluation process outlined in Section 4. The document also specifies the eligible zip codes and the number of spaces available within each priority group ranging from 23 spaces in zip code 97459 to 0-23 spaces in the other eligible zip codes.
