About this file

This is an Annual Required Affidavit for Bidders, Offerors, and Contractors document applicable to the Meade County College & Career Center in Kentucky. The document establishes mandatory compliance statements that bidders and contractors must affirm annually, ensuring adherence to state and local regulations governing procurement activities. This affidavit is a prerequisite for bid submission and contract award consideration.

The affidavit requires contractors to certify their legal compliance status, including confirmation that they are not debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to conduct business with the state or county. Bidders must attest to their understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing public procurement. The document does not specify pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, or contract terms, as its primary function is to establish the certification and compliance framework required before substantive bid evaluation occurs. Completion and submission of this affidavit is mandatory for all prospective bidders regardless of contract value or type.
