About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grant Services for Facility Management System (FMS) Administration and Data Management services.

The SSN provides background on the FDA's FMS requirements, including the need to track facilities, report to the Department of Health and Human Services, and support increasing agency staffing and space needs. The purpose is to gather information from potential qualified vendors, including large businesses, small businesses, and various small business categories, to determine the appropriate acquisition approach.

Responses to the SSN are due by September 23, 2024 and should address the vendor's capability to provide the services outlined in the draft Statement of Work, relevant experience, ability to serve nationwide locations, and recommended NAICS code. After review of the responses, the FDA may publish a formal solicitation on SAM.gov. This SSN is for market research only and does not constitute a request for proposals or commit the government to any acquisition.
