About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) for Solicitation #70Z03826QL0000047 outlines the U.S. Coast Guard's requirement to obtain repair services for nose radome components (NSN 1560-01-HS3-5288, Part Number 4342X-V2). The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), OEM Authorized Repair Center, or FAA Certified 145 Repair Center acceptable to the Coast Guard. The requirement is to inspect and repair three (3) radome assemblies. The contractor must be ISO 9000 compliant or possess a quality system acceptable to the Coast Guard and must obtain all required OEM drawings, Service Bulletins, Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), and specifications independently, as these are proprietary and cannot be provided by the Coast Guard. The contractor shall comply with OEM specifications and retain any USCG modifications to original configurations unless otherwise specified.

The contractor must provide a Teardown and Inspection Report (TIR) within five calendar days of component inspection, identifying all parts requiring repair or replacement with part numbers, nomenclature, unit prices, labor hours, labor rates, and other applicable charges. A standard 90-day turn-around-time is required from receipt of material, with earlier delivery desired. All repaired components must be airworthy and suitable for USCG aircraft installation, with appropriate Federal Aviation Administration airworthiness certification and Certificates of Conformance provided. Components must be thoroughly cleaned per CMMs, packaged in accordance with specifications to prevent damage and corrosion, and labeled with NSN, Part Number, serial number, nomenclature, Purchase Order Number, CLIN, and vendor CAGE CODE. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) quality assurance personnel for quantity, condition, and compliance with contract requirements.
