The solicitation (36C26226Q1367) is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of the MPI Echo Bed Cardiac Imaging Table (EB924) or an equal alternative. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract through an SDVOSB set-aside, restricted to businesses classified under NAICS Code 334510 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
Offerors must demonstrate that their proposed equipment meets the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics specified in this attachment to be considered responsive. The procurement follows the brand name or equal methodology per FAR 52.211-6, meaning contractors may propose equivalent alternatives to the specified MPI model provided they substantiate equivalency through detailed specifications and documentation. Delivery is required to VA Greater Los Angeles.
