About this file
This document is an Applicant Information and Certification Sheet related to a Request for Applications (RFA) issued by the Oregon Department of Education's Office of Indian Education. The RFA is for the American Indian/Alaska Native Student Success Plan Transition Grants, which aim to provide support to increase successful student transitions at all levels, from early childhood learning through post-secondary education programs. The applicant must certify their understanding and acceptance of the RFA requirements, including compliance with various state laws and regulations. The RFA is open to applicants within the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem.
The RFA does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources. However, it indicates that the grants will be awarded under the authority of ORS 329.843, which directs the Agency's Office of Indian Education to develop and implement a statewide education plan for American Indian/Alaska Native students.
