About this file
This document outlines the Massachusetts Lottery Commission's (MSLC) inventory management requirements for vendors supplying equipment under RFQ 2204. Agent Hardware, Parts, and Services. The requirements include specific packaging and labeling standards for individual equipment, pallets, and shipment information that vendors must meet prior to delivering any equipment. Vendors must provide detailed serial number and part number information to the MSLC in advance of shipment. Equipment deliveries that do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected, and the vendor will bear all associated costs.
The document also indicates that the vendor must work with the MSLC to ensure the delivered equipment meets the agency's inventory management system requirements. Prior to shipping, vendors must provide UPS-type labels, PID label information, and other asset details electronically to the designated MSLC contact. This information will be used to scan and process the equipment into the MSLC's Warehouse Management System at the Braintree Headquarters, regardless of the final delivery location.
