About this file

This is a Cost Proposal form for Professional Aerial Herbicide Application RFP 660 2600000048 issued by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR). The project involves aerial spraying services across two distinct locations: 600 acres on Clay Wildlife Management Area (WMA) and up to 400 acres on specified portions of private property surrounding Clay WMA. The contractor must complete the work in accordance with specifications outlined in the accompanying project documentation.

The cost proposal is valued at 200 points and requires vendors to submit two separate per-acre pricing rates: one for the 600-acre Clay WMA project where KDFWR will provide all herbicide and surfactant materials, and a second rate for the private property aerial spraying where the contractor assumes responsibility for providing all necessary herbicide and surfactant. Vendors must clearly identify their company name and provide firm pricing for both project components to be evaluated as part of the overall proposal submission.
